Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing to dance with us! To ensure a smooth experience for all students, please read and understand our booking policy below. Bookings & Payments All classes, courses, and after school clubs must be booked and paid for in advance via our online system. Spaces are limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received. Non-Refundable Policy All payments are strictly non-refundable. We are unable to offer refunds or credit for missed classes, late arrivals, or changes in personal circumstances. If a class is cancelled by the dance school (e.g. due to unforeseen circumstances or teacher illness), we will offer a rescheduled class or provide a class credit. After School Clubs Bookings are made per full term. We do not offer pay-as-you-go or partial term options. Children must be collected promptly at the end of the session. Teen & Adult Classes Classes may be booked as a term block or on a drop-in basis (where available). Drop-in classes are also non-refundable and must be used on the booked date only. Transferring Bookings Bookings are non-transferable to other terms, classes, or individuals. Attendance & Punctuality Please arrive on time to avoid disruption to the class. Regular attendance is encouraged to make the most of your learning experience. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
